Cookie Policy

inacsys.com ยท Effective Date: 04 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Inacsys uses on the Platform, why, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle personal data more broadly.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can remember information about your visit -like whether you're signed in, or which preferences you've chosen. We also use similar technologies (localStorage, session storage) that work the same way for the purposes of this policy.

2. The categories we use

Every cookie or similar technology on the Platform falls into one of four categories:

  • Strictly necessary -keeps you signed in, remembers security settings, and balances load across our servers. Always on; the Platform can't function without these, so they aren't subject to consent.
  • Functional -remembers preferences like saved filters and language so you don't have to reset them every visit.
  • Analytics -tells us which pages and features are used and where people get stuck, so we can improve the Platform. Used only in aggregate.
  • Marketing -supports advertising and campaign measurement. Only active if and when we run such campaigns.

You choose which of the non-essential categories to allow the first time you visit, via the cookie banner, and can change your choice at any time (see Section 4).

3. Third-party cookies

Where a functional, analytics, or marketing cookie is set by a third-party service we use (for example, an analytics or advertising provider), that provider's own privacy and cookie policy also applies to how they process the resulting data. We only load those services after you've allowed the relevant category -see the script-blocking behavior described in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

4. Managing your choice

You can review or change your cookie preferences at any time from the link in the footer of every page, or the button below.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Platform work, particularly features covered under "Functional" above. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a request to reject Analytics and Marketing cookies by default.

5. Changes to this policy

We'll update the effective date above whenever this policy changes materially, and -where the change affects what a category covers -re-prompt you for consent the next time you visit.
